Baby!!!

Here are ultrasound pictures from my Mom's appointment today. :) She is 13 weeks today, so the baby is exactly 13 in growth. :) Babies are so amazing!!! :) I just adore them!!! :) Btw, sorry for the blurry pictures, I took a picture of a picture. :) 

I gotta go!!! The cooking supper is calling!!! :)

WOW!!!

Ok! I haven't posted on here for a very long time!!! To long! But anyways,
there isn't much that's happened sine my last post.
Ummm...My mom is expecting again.
Rachel is due to have their baby in the Beginning of December.
This is my last year of school (and I'm very happy about that.) :)
And next summer I'm hopefully going to be playing on a volleyball team.

Unfortunately, I don't have much to say right now, but I'll be doing another post shortly.

Taco Bell Chicken Quesadillas

Taco Bell Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients:

SAUCE
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons minced jalapeños, slices
2 teaspoons jalapeños juice
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash salt

QUESADILLAS
4 flour tortillas
2 c. chicken cooked
2 c. Mexican cheese thinly shredded

Directions:1.) Combine sauce ingredients and stir until smooth.
2.) Grill chicken in vegetable oil and cut into thin slices.
3.) Preheat skillet over medium heat.
4.) One at a time, lay tortilla into hot skillet and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of each shredded cheese. Spoon a layer of sauce on over the cheese. (Not to much, otherwise it will be to spicy, you will be adding more sauce.)
5.) Arrange about 1/2 cup chicken slices over tortilla on the same half covered with cheese.
6.) Put another 1/4 cup of cheese on over the chicken, add another layer of sauce.
7.) Fold over, and press gently with spatula.
8.) Cook until cheese is melted and slice each into 4 pieces.
9.) It makes enough for 4 people, but if your a man, then you will probably be having 2-4 quesadillas.
